Personal History
My full name
is Bernadetha Wahyu Widyaningrum, usually people and my family call me Bertha.
But when I was in senior high school, my friend most likely called me Eta.
Actually I was born in Bantul on October 28 1995 however in my birth
certificate was written 1994 so all of my reports, driver’s license, diplomas,
and everything was written as 1994. I think it was a big fault but I don’t know
why my parents didn't want to correct it. Besides, my family always celebrate my
birthday using my wrong year birth up to now. Well, it doesn’t matter anymore
as long as they remember my birthday.
Formerly
I lived in a small boarding house in Bantul until I was 3 years old. When my
father got a new job we moved into inheritance house from my grandmother in
Singoderepan Madurejo Prambanan Sleman Yogyakarta. My family consist of 4
members, they are my mother, my father, my sister, and I. My father works as Indonesian legislative
assembly at regional while my mother works in Mirota Kampus Mall and my
sister’s job is a teacher in elementary school. Every time I feel lonely at
home, because they are very busy. We never have time to hang out together, the
only one time is going to church every Sunday morning. However it’s still not
enough to keep harmonic inside my family. That’s why I decided to move into
boarding house near my grandmother’s house last year in order to not felt
lonely anymore. But in fact, it makes me feel lonelier.
I don’t have a specific hobby, color or favorite artist.
I like singing, swimming, shopping, studying, listening to music, watching
movie, and I don’t know which one is my hobby. I just like everything depend on
my mood. But when I feel sad or lonely I often go swimming and just walking
around Mall alone.
I have a dream, my dream is to become an English
lecturer. In addition, if I have enough money I will continue my study in
Australia. Also I hope I can marry with my boyfriend there, because I and my
boyfriend have different religion.
